A New Jersey Drum Circle that is free and open to the public... Sound like something fun to do in NJ? Then check us out! The Gathering Tree drum circle was formed in 2005. We are a group of people who started out pretty much as strangers to each other. Over the months, and now years, we have become united due to our common interest in communal drumming. Very few of us are actually “drummers” but we have found that anyone with internal rhythm, ie: a heartbeat, can experience the many benefits, both physical and spiritual, that participating in a drum circle can offer. Among these benefits are stress management, relaxation, emotional healing, and whole body wellness. We are not a cult or religious group. Rather we are a diverse group of individuals who enjoy getting together and sharing some rhythms.
